I live in Florida too. This BS property tax is for rich people. Cities and counties will have to play nice with Florida politics to get money. Insurance and healthcare and affordable housing should be front and center.

I live in Florida in the Tampa Bay Area. Because of Trump and freaking Ron Deathsantis the Canadian tourism is way down. We have RV resorts in this area and I have seen a lot Ontario license plates for the past 50 years. I have seen a few this year. I don’t blame Canadians for not coming.

Same. I was a registered Independent since 1975. I voted for a few republicans in my life. My values and upbringing had me voting more often to the left. I’ve never miss a national or regional election. In 2016 I changed my registration to Democrat. I will never vote for a republican again
