Supporting people to share work at conferences like SDinGov.

I believe there's a plan to make our digital roadmap public soon.

Since then, we went through a restructure and were merged with teams who were / are a bit more resistant to working in the open.

But the push from current leadership is for more working in the open, not less and Local Gov Reform coming soon helps to argue we need to share as much as possible

In terms of permission, when I joined Essex County Council in 2021 I think the push for working in the open had already happened. I remember @benunsworth.co.uk saying it was fine to share public Weeknotes as long as you didn't end up in any tabloids 😅
