I find NS weather isn’t kind to painted rocks if left out for more than a couple years even when I use a coating. A spray clear coat is what I usually do but for long term use outside in a garden, you should look into resin. (2/2)

I use basic acrylic paints from Michael’s or the dollar store. The key is to seal them well if they’ll be outside a while. (1/2)
