Now measuring 162.91 metres tall, the Spanish basilica has officially pipped the record from the Ulm Minster in Germany, which has held the crown since 1890.

Qatar Airways is aiming for a ribbon-cutting by the end of this year on it's new at lounge at BKK's satellite terminal.

Heathrow Airport has welcomed a Home Office u-turn on transit passengers needing an ETA simply to change planes.

In our opinion the best Weihnachtspunsch comes from stall #69 at Rathausplatz - they occupy the same spot, year in year out.
Easily spotted because they have the most number of customers loitering about sipping their festive tipple. Always a good sign what they’re selling is good.
That happened to us one year when visiting Vienna… flight cancelled due to snow in London.
Immediately booked another night back at the Hilton Vienna Plaza while still at the airport. Reception team were surprised to see us back there - told them about our cancellation & upgraded us to a suite. 🤩

We always enjoy käsekrainer washed down with steaming hot cup of Weihnachtspunsch from our two favourite stalls at Vienna’s Christkindlmarkt on the Rathausplatz
It’s a large, thick parboiled sausage filled with small chunks of cheese (German: Käse) to which the Käsekrainer owes its name.
