There are obvious upsides to realising/getting diagnosed with ADHD but I have to say one of the downsides is the algorithm on every single platform working out that yep you have an effervescent brain and marketing to that and only that all day every day 🫠

I was helping a friend for his permanent residency thing here in Australia. He speaks brilliant English but wanted to refine his writing a bit. I struggled to explain why a lot for many English grammar things so I think he's 💯 correct
