Been watching music theory videos lately and a musician suggested that if you trained AI models on all the music before 1980 it would never come up with 80โ€™s hip hop. Thatโ€™s how unique it is. It got me thinking what could be next that breaks the mold? Well, check this out. youtu.be/Te1HkBx7rDw?...

Is radon overblown? I see it listed as second biggest cause of lung cancer but I think that includes people exposed to dust with radon, vs radon gas that might show up in your basement.

Any papers or simulations published on this yet? Or is it still being researched?

2 months ago 0 0 0 0

This is really cool! Why not just publish on your website? It seems people take you seriously enough that someone might pick up the project and put it through a funded research program.

Is that THE @craigreynolds.bsky.social? Ha! When researching this and realizing how important you were to the field, I wanted to interview you but we were too far along in production.

I'm a huge fan of what you did there!

My son & I just completed the incredible Evolution Tour 2025 hosted and led by the amazing @scibugs.bsky.social and @statedclearly.bsky.social. We experienced and learned a ton, met some awesome new friends, and got to play a small part in protecting our precious Amazon rainforest. #EvoTour2025 ๐Ÿชฒ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿ›

Comic page from "My Evolution" created in collaboration with Science & Religion: Exploring the Spectrum at Birmingham University. The page features an image of William Blake's "Ancient of Days" reaching down with a large compass. The caption reads "In the beginning... I was a creationist. But my thoughts about origins changed..." Panels art shoes Adam & Eve as early hominids, and a cartoon of me as a teenager and present day (as of 2017 when I still had hair) "sharing the same brain."

I'm normally a pretty private person, but today marks a significant personal milestone where I have now lived for as long as a "non-Christian" as I had growing up a sincerely believing Christian into my 20s.

I've touched briefly on my experiences in some of my comics...

The Biology of the "Fertility Crisis"
The Biology of the "Fertility Crisis" YouTube video by Stated Casually

I'm sure you've heard about the so called "fertility crisis", but is it real? If so, how real and what's causing it?

Here it is from a biological view: youtu.be/uTtsBqy3U2k?...
