Lost Tapes is the name of the new series.

I think what a lot of topical cartoons fail to realize is South Park is able to stay on top of current trends because it can be produced in under a week. When shows like Simpsons, Family Guy and Animaniacs 2020 try, the event/topic will be dated by the time the episode airs.
Or rather, none of the Hasbro cartoons are coming to MeTV Toons anytime soon.
Not sure if they even have access to any of those masters tbh.
Most likely not. WildBrain’s never shown much of an interest in restoring DiC/Cookie Jar’s catalog.
The show was made by DiC. That alone means any AI upscale isn’t gonna look any better than how the show was originally made.
I would say that’s also why Animaniacs 2020 as a whole didn’t really work. Pinky and the Brain essentially make up 50% of the whole show and while their segments are still good, it’s not enough to carry entire show. Same goes with the Warners too. There wasn’t enough variety in the variety show lol.
I really love your Gumball. Very season 1 coded
I think for me it depends on how involved Seth is with the show. The Ted show was honestly pretty funny from what I’ve seen so I have some hope. I only wish they could have invested in something original instead, but yeah more jobs for artists is never a bad thing.
Between Gumball and Looney Tunes Cartoons getting complete series releases in May. WB is gonna have my wallet in a chokehold
The Amazing World of Gumball is getting a complete series DVD. Releases May 5. Probably shouldn't expect extras.

This one is for the homies with art block! #chalkzone #fanart #art

I have nothing that hasn’t been said regarding Paramount having a high chance of buying Warner Bros. All I can say at this point is ugh.
I’m wondering how much longer XD is going to last here in the States especially with how low rated kids networks are these days.
Another season of Smiling Friends would've been nice, but it's better the show end than go on forever like The Simpsons and Family Guy. At least the show's creators are ending it on their own terms.
I have mixed feelings. On the one hand, props to Zach and Michael for getting the chance to end their show when they felt the time was right. On the other hand AS owns the IP and could proceed with keeping the show going without Zach and Michael. Hope those working on Smiling Friends find new gigs.
Definitely his best performance as Kermit yet.
That’s true, I forgot about Princess and the Frog and Spies in Disguise. I feel like another reason for this could be for marketing reasons, executives thinking kids would only watch a movie if it has talking animals? Your point could be true too unfortunately. It’s a real darn shame for sure.
Pixar in particular seems to be pretty fond of this trope with the likes of Turning Red, Soul and now Hoppers. I’ll still gonna plan on seeing Hoppers, it looks pretty interesting but yeah would like to see Pixar have more faith in a human protagonist stay a human protagonist.
It looks Tubi is going to become the new home of CN/WB/HB shows
Good to hear, Tubi has been fun to use so far outside of the ad breaks (beware of the political BS, so I try to mute every ad breaks)
They could never make me hate you Tubi.
Animaniacs show page on Tubi. Coming March 1.
Ben 10 show page on Tubi. Coming March 1. Classic series poster and backdrop, plus a 2007 date.
The Powerpuff Girls show page on Tubi. Coming March 1. Despite the 2016 reboot poster, the background, 2005 date, and list of cast members indicate that this is the classic series.
Teen Titans show page on Tubi. Coming March 1.
SEVERAL big CN/WB titles coming to Tubi on March 1:
- Animaniacs
- Ben 10 (classic)
- Codename: Kids Next Door
- Courage the Cowardly Dog
- Foster's Home
- The Powerpuff Girls (seemingly the classic despite the poster)
- Teen Titans

I’m actually somewhat surprised by this. I figured Nick would be milking Loud House for another couple years given how little else profitable they have left. Guess they should bite the bullet and rename the network “The SpongeBob Network” now lol.
Disney... look, I have a lot of grievances with you guys.
But, um, if you make more episodes of The Muppet Show like that, I'd appreciate it.
Tonight's episode was the most sensational, inspirational, celebrational Muppetational things I've seen you folks do with these characters.
I want more.
My collection of older kid/adult DVDs by Nelvana
My collection of preschool shows done by Nelvana.
When I heard that Nelvana was shutting down production on its projects back in September, I started collecting DVDs from its catalog as a form of tribute. Here’s everything I’ve collected thus far. #dvdcollection #nelvana
Agreed. Walter was always pretty bland and didn’t really add anything to the Muppet clan. It’s no wonder they’ve done virtually nothing with him besides Most Wanted and Muppets Now. Scooter fills his character better IMO.
I agree. The premise feels more like a movie than Candace Against the Universe. I got bored watching Candace Against the Universe halfway through so hoping this one’s an improvement.

Screencap of a post on Guy Moon's Facebook: We are overcome with grief to announce the passing of our beloved patriarch, Guy Moon. He was killed on Thursday morning in a traffic collision. We feel singularly blessed to have been able to call him dad and husband. As we stand together at the base of what seems to be an insurmountable grief, we are emboldened to grieve him with honor and courage with the tools that he equipped us with in his beautiful life. He has left an unmistakable legacy, and will be profoundly missed by us, his family, and countless others whose lives he impacted. We are tentatively planning to celebrate his life on his birthday, February 7th, in the Los Angeles area, and again sometime after in his hometown in Wisconsin. We will make details available as we plan. Together we remain, The Moon Family
RIP Guy Moon, the composer for several series, including Fairly OddParents (and the rest of Butch Hartman's work), 2 Stupid Dogs, Cow and Chicken, Ned's Declassified, Big Time Rush, Back in the Barnyard, and many more.
He was 63 years old.
My top three are definitely The SpongeBob Movie, Rugrats in Paris and Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius.
