sincerely, talk to a medical professional about it and not the one who prescribed them. I was so ill from some meds a few years back and when I went to a different doctor I found out the amount of the first meds I was given was considered malpractice and I was given the correct meds
having an anxiety disorder is great because I can be watching a funny video that warned me there would be some troubling topics and then when I get surprised by one coming out of nowhere my body behaves like there's an axe murderer right in front of me :) (I will be like this all day now)
