Wolf Link stands before Epona. She raises a hoof and yells "WOLF!"

Wolf Link is concerned. "Epona, it's me, Link! I got turned into a wolf."

Epona leans her head closer to Link. "Oh no! This is awful! You must find a way to return human, and SOON!". Link replies: "I am working on it. But .. we can talk to each other now! Don't you like that?"

Epona pouts. Her eyes big and glossy with tears "but... How will you give me neck rubs and ear scratches?". Wolf link looks at his clawed paws "oh right..."

Possibly the first time I draw wolf Link?
I've been thinking about how Epona's only response to Wolf Link is always "please turn human again". She's DESPERATE.

That was the super weird part about observing the MLP fandom over the years for me - it was so odd to see people using horse terms all the time but have no interest in actual horses 😅

I definitely understand the appeal of dogs for people but I was always waaay more of a cat and horse person lol

I'm learning that socializing in the mid 30s is definitely a struggle in odd ways I never expected, best of luck at navigating that and getting back to a happy place
