Steven Sondheim gave such insight into the artistic process and the artist's mind in this show. One of my faves.

Thanks for posting this, as it brought back memories. I was never a big fan of the Grateful Dead, but somehow this song resonated with me. And Jerry Garcia and that dishy Brent Mydland!

Glad you thought it was good. We saw it when it was first in previews in Boston, a long while ago. It is a little schmaltzy, but when it opened on Broadway it was a big deal.

Magnet bed day!
Last night we attended a special screening of βSweet Nothing,β at the Orinda Theater. Itβs a film by Robby Kendall, with a score and original music by @tomgossmusic.bsky.social! Semi-autobiographical, it was filmed in and around the bay area, with local talent.

Where Cathy adores a minuet,
The Ballets Russes, and crepes suzette,
Our Patty loves to rock and roll,
A hot dog makes her lose control -
What a wild duet!

Good news!
Love the bedding!
