I’m confused. If Trump is upset with Iran for closing the straights how does blocking them help

I agree, requiring people to pay the government for a passport in order to vote is a poll tax and violates the 24th Amendment

During the trial of Capt William Calley in 1968 his defense was he was following orders. The judges ruled that all military members have a duty not to follow illegal orders. The second part of the oath we swear today is to follow all legal orders by the officers appointed above us

That’s not true. Read the court’s ruling in the United States vs capt William Calley 1968

I know his oath didn’t mean much to the president but for those of us that served in the military the oath means a lot. I gave my word to all Americans that I would uphold and defend the constitution and obey the legal orders of the officers appointed over me. A person is only as good as their word

I recommend everyone prepare for a significant recession. Gwinnett County Ga has 5000 less students enrolled this year as a result of immigration policies. They laid off 125 teachers. That will affect consumer purchasing and result in store lay offs.

If Congress holds the purse strings how is the president hiring additional ice agents, invading cities with federal troops, giving money to Argentina and building detention centers

The senate added the provision to the C R that senators whose phone records were obtained (by court order) by Jack Smith can sue the government. NSA records lots of phone calls can the public sue the government?

Trump has now ordered the U S Navy to sink a third vessel in the Caribbean. Shouldn’t this action fall under the war powers act and require him to report to Congress within 48 hours?

I’m concerned. I don’t believe Trump is the least bothered by a ship leaving Venezuela with drugs. Could he be starting a war to justify use of the Enemy Aliens Act

With ICE agents covering their faces I have to wonder are they really law enforcement or contractors working for mercenary companies like blackwater. Show us a badge

If Trump sends National Guard troops in to any area he has to do that under title 10 which makes them federal troops. Why is this not a violation of Posses Comitatus Act

I think we would need to amend the first amendment of the constitution first, you know that freedom of assembly part

I thought that’s was called racial profiling and would seem to violate the 4th amendment

I can’t understand SCOTUS ruling allowing deportation without due process. Nowhere in the fourth amendment does it say citizens, it states all people to be safe in their person, houses, papers and effects

I believe this would violate the posse comitatus act
