BBC Audio | Outlook | I found the singer the world forgot Joshua Henry on his mission to bring lost musical genius Bill Fay back into the light

On the BBC today, had a lovely experience talking about Bill, my father and the universe ✨

Couldn’t believe it.

I thought Sunshine Smile was going to a huge hit.

I didn’t believe my ears. I had to get other Van fans to confirm it was great. And it is!

I think every year I play and treasure the ISB more. I can’t imagine my childhood without them and my life since. xsd

Both great. But do not buy the reissue of SOL from a few years ago. Incredibly disappointing. Strangely I have an original Moishe and has an original Spirit. Maybe we should start a band. (I think the Japanese compact discs sound good too).

We've got not one, but two new entries now from @thelilactime.bsky.social - with the re-release of "Looking for a Day in the Night" at #7 and "Live" at #6. Watch the Chart Show to see some nostalgic clips of the band from years gone by!

Another thing I've been mostly doing today is reading the excellent new fanzine – cleverly titled Zine Things Happen - by @janeduffus.bsky.social I'd seriously consider getting a copy if I were you (despite my being in it) www.janeduffus.com/shop/zinethi...
