Thanks :) It's a recipe I have been working on for a few years now with tweaking it etc. It uses Aquafaba for the egg replacer and a little xanthan gum which helps make the cookie crisp on the outside but soft and chewy in the middle.

Just found Pokémon Peach and Lime and they look gorgeous. They’re Emerald-based Pokémon ROM hacks set in the Ireland-inspired Celto region, going for that classic Gen 3 feel with a new story, new characters, seasonal flavour, and version differences. Really charming project. #Pokemon #RomHack
