It's a great community resource and would encourage all councillors, other local services and community groups to make use of it and refer people there.

Ealier this week I visited the Walthamstow Welcomes Cafe at St Mary's Welcome Centre.

The cafe provides a friendly drop-in service for anyone who needs help filling in complex forms and paperwork, every Wednesday am and alternate Saturdays am.
