This week is MS Awareness Week. MS is unpredictable and affects everyone differently. The theme is challenging MS assumptions and the impact these misconceptions can have.
If you’re living with MS in Bathgate and Linlithgow, I’m here to listen so please get in touch.

For every goal scored, a tree is planted and young people are also encouraged to set their own climate goals, like reusing water bottles and making greener choices.
I even planted my own tree (which I named Hazel!) a small but meaningful step towards a more sustainable future.
On a recent visit to Bo’ness United Community Football Club, I learned about the fantastic ‘Trees for Goals’ initiative at Scottish Gas football camps 🌱⚽️

I recently visited Bo’ness United Community Football Club where I met Robbie - a former player at the club who’s now inspiring the next generation as a coach ⚽️
I’ve met so many new people this past week through my work advocating for improved endometriosis care, as well as properly fitting PPE in the workplace.

With major infrastructure development firmly on the Government’s agenda, ensuring PPE fits everyone and keeps every worker safe is essential and I will keep pushing legislators on this matter.
It was encouraging to hear from organisations already adopting inclusive PPE and leading the way. I also highlighted my work in Parliament on this issue, including my recent Ten Minute Rule Bill.
Today I co-hosted GMB’s Fit-4-All Inclusive PPE campaign in Parliament, calling for personal protective equipment that fits every worker.
Across industry, millions of workers are still issued poorly fitting PPE, putting their safety and dignity at risk.
Having more supportive workplaces for women living with menstrual conditions will benefit not only physical and mental wellbeing, but also our national economy.
Watch my contribution and the Minister’s remarks below 👇
In yesterday's Westminster Hall debate, I highlighted the £11 Billion cost to the UK economy as a result of absenteeism due to menstrual health conditions.
In yesterday's Westminster Hall debate on menstrual leave, I raised the often overlooked issue of the impact that living with conditions like endometriosis and adenomyosis has on women's mental health, something rarely discussed in this context.
