Chase, that man is a bastard when it comes to underwear. A experienced hero with super speed and a cocky attitude? I tell ya, the moment he got that amulet, poor Chad and Colm need to watch their backs the next time they pick Robert as a target.
Punch-Up, now he is absolutely excited to lift a guy up by his undies. Always considers it some good mannered fun and a easy way to kick some villain ass.
Flambae, however... He is much more eager, loves to embarrass the nerds at any given opportunity. However, there's someone even stronger...
Royd, he's much bigger than Robert but I imagine he's more likely to get a wedgie rather than give one. Still middle ground.
Galen, he's got super hearing, very difficult to sneak up on him.
Sonar, he loves a good prank every now and again but he doesn't come close to the top dogs...
Phenomaman is a close second, mainly because he is much more gullible and while he possibly has a higher pain tolerance, is more willing to accept a good wedgie in manner of friendly roughhousing.
Robert, on the other hand, he's a tougher nerd to wedgie but he tends to get his fair share often.
