I would like to do a 2D sidescroller train game using Sally the Saddle Tank to solve switching puzzles

Would have a simple mode with a speed knob and an advanced mode with steam loco controls, including a firebox mini-game and injectors etc, and she verbally tells you what she wants

That is not the artist; they pulled it from a 2013 repost on the fandom wiki; that's not the original either but it's the oldest surviving post.

I swear I saw this on deviantart back in like 2009 but most HTF artists from back then have looooong since deleted all their accounts and names associated with it. Hard to know for sure, waybackmachine has never been good with that site.
