And just like that, the 2026 Seattle cruise season is underway with the arrival of Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Jade! 🚢
We’re excited to launch the 2026 Alaska cruise season. It begins April 17, and sets a new record with 330 vessel calls and 2.1 million revenue passengers. This year MSC Cruises and Virgin Voyages debut Alaska sailings from the city, adding global visibility and fresh travel options for the region.

We welcomed friends from Galway to Seattle’s waterfront to raise the Irish and American flags at Pier 69 and Pier 66. 🍀 Seattle and Galway are celebrating 40 years as sister cities, and with the parade along Alaskan Way this year, marchers will spot those flags flying proudly. 🇮🇪
