I have the 4 on the left but am never giving them up! I wonāt spoil the climax of Futurama but it did make me laugh.

Of course I might have had a clue if āSaturday Night at the Bookstoreā was on this album.
Nazis deserve as much humiliation as humanly possible.
Something made me think of this album the other day, hadnāt listened to it since I had it on cassette tape playing on my walk-man. It still holds up, and I didnāt even know the frontman was an out gay man. ACAB, BGDC.

I think of this 1988 double lp punk compilation often and was very surprised to find it in its entirety on Apple Music todayā- most of the bands donāt even have pages there.
Second disc was on heavy rotation for me in college.

Currently wrapping up a story for thisā¦.
Last night after midnight and before bed I fell for 2 April fools jokes in a row.
Shoutout to the man who sat through the entire Star Trek panel at Wondercon today just to make a homophobic statement once the q&a period started. And by āshoutoutā I mean GET BENT.
As a rule I unfollow accounts that post ai but have given this one a pass because of what they post- remembrances of forgotten people who died from AIDS⦠but I canāt keep turning a blind eye or stomach this.
Something so ⦠gross ⦠about an account honoring people who have passed running all of their pictures through an ai filter. Now these people are going to have that slop come up when someone tries to research them.
Having now seen the end I am still enjoying that they change enough from the books to make it interesting for people who know the story. Itās nice watching it with my partner who is just enjoying it on its own merits, too. I was taken by the big twist and love it.
Okay so I was in 2 queer comix anthologies last year and they are BOTH up for Lambda Literary Awards in the SAME CATEGORY.

Which do I root for? lol.
Riose and his partner? I love how the players and events are all there, but in the case of Riose and the attack on Terminus, motivations and alignments, even outcomes are different.
Iām not through season three yet so if itās a different couple then I donāt know about them
Is Foundation (the tv series) great? Hmmmm. It has its moments. I always enjoy watching it, and love the changes to the story that keeps it fresh for old classic scifi heads. Lee Pace is a treasure as Day/Empire. Demerzal is fantastic. I hope this series gets to the end before getting cancelled.
Happy International Sex Workersā Rights Day

I finally finished this game yesterday! Maxed out all of the playable characters. The game play is pretty limited, so I took long breaks in between marathons but loved it overall. Hardest characters to max out are the slow moving ones. Space Godzilla was the last for me and he took a lot of practice

As an add on to my post yesterday, Saturn is my current musical obsession. So dramatic!

Absolutely! Mars was used in a Space:1999 episode, and the score for The Undiscovered Country was heavily influenced by Mars as well. I think my first encounter with it was in a book, Stranger in a Strange Land.
Williamās lot of characterās agree. Fuck Ice.
Itās been interesting to see people rethinking his entire oeuvre now, lol. You know I only watch his later work to see which of his two endings it will have.
Itās a trip to think that such an iconic piece of pop culture is taking such strong influence from a classical tune, but I guess that was TOS in many respects.
Since then I have become very familiar with Holstās the Planets, and upon listening to the score for āWhere No Manā¦ā for the first time in decades I realized just how much Alexander Courage cribbed from Holst, particularly from āJupiterā. Give āEnd Title and Creditsā a listen after Jupiterā¦
