I think my art looks decent so if only i could draw consistently and not be punished by weird algos… But alas I like niche and dumb self indulgent stuff LOL uhh whatever ig. Hopefully it goes back to normal as i post more frequently >_> (hopefully)

I think there’s just a constant pressure to keep posting every 2 days but uhhhh i haven’t had that kinda energy + i was recovering previously + im a slow drawer 😭 just doomed to get punished ig but ahh. I do wish I could yk show my art to more people that will appreciate it lol

I don’t particularly like clogging my gallery with too many non art posts on twt so I don’t post a lot unless I have art but. Sometimes it just feels like twitter gets non viable day by day >_> not getting shown to outsiders is fine, but at least show my art to my followers…

Recently I feel like my mini hiatus has affected my reach on twitter really drastically and it’s really strange bc I’ve always had mini hiatuses where I don’t post for a month or 2 but recently my posts feel like they don’t even get shown to my followers anymore…. 😅

Ive been missing them for a while now but i wanted to finish this damn comic ahhh…. After this ill probably work on comms but in between them ill probably draw icepeaches again… i miss u icepeach

I think i should look at otomo's art again though... i do love the way his art is Slightly toony....... it did help a lot in terms of drawing LOL i dont have any otomo artbooks really.... but god i love his art hahah

Oh man i remembered katsuya terada and my absolute fav artstyle which is otomo katsuhiro........ i think that's also why my art has a somewhat toony but still pretty anime style... i yearn for diversity the way otomo draws but at the same time i realised i disliked being too semi realistic

Ahh yeah… I think it always sucks to be stuck in the middle because it feels like both sides don’t QUITE love your stuff so it feels like you’re a little excluded at all times… But if it makes you happy, I hope you keep doing it :D at the end of the day, your craft needs to make you happy too ^_^

It's not like anyone can draw MY vision the way I like it since I'm extremely picky about it... But I suppose that's also the reason why it may not vibe with most people HAHAH too self indulgent. But even so... It makes me happy, so I won't change.

I suppose sometimes it's a little bittersweet to try your best and not get the results your peers get... But at the very least, it's better than everyone liking your stuff except for you the artist yourself, so I guess it's not all that bad bc I get excited looking at my own stuff 😂

it's a little sad sometimes but I like my current artstyle + the charas or subjects i draw... Occasionally I do wish I can get half the traction other artists could but I'm aware that that means my taste has to align with the major audience which doesn't happen a lot 😅 oh well....

I'm aware that I don't particularly have that kinda artistic flair most people have that makes their art really happy and cute or nice to look at in addition to not really having the most amazing artstyle but yk. I guess sometimes you just have to accept that the things you like aren't marketable
