Israel prevented Palestinian children from going to school by blocking the routes with razor wire — the Palestinian children sat down in front the razor wire and start studying.

The Israelis had planted their flag over the 900 yo Beaufort Castle (we call it Qalat al-Shaqif), the Crusader castle in Nabatieh, south Lebanon
A Lebanese man took it down
lol. i'd tell them to each shit but looks like they're already doing that.
I think its incorrect attribution to suggest its because of the April 8 massacre. The move also comes after Israel attacked Italian soldiers that are part of UNIFIL. An important difference because still, they do not see us a humans and deserving of solidarity. Still good move and we need more.
Day 22 of posting daily videos to raise funds for displaced people in Lebanon. In which I exploit my cat for content, again. Donate here: www.gofundme.com/f/help-ali-e...
I first want to thank you a final time give you my review of the class for your website. " In this class, Elia explores how history is at once a material reality, an understood societal convention, and a personal experience. He masterfully describes how History is carried with us, socially, spiritually, genetically, mentally, physically and politically. Ultimately, he demonstrates that the ghosts of the past are alive in the present. I highly recommend taking the course if you wish to understand history not as a series of droll facts and appended myth but as imagined and felt experience. - James."
Spots are still available for the upcoming May class on modern Lebanese history and politics
Here’s a recent feedback I got

And finally this short clip where Muzan concisely pairs Palestine and Sudan as two struggles for liberation that should never be posed as mutually exclusive.

Here Muzan shares space with two other brilliant Sudanese women, Nisrine Elamin and Raga Makawi.

An essay Muzan wrote last year about the on-going war in Sudan and its structural/historical/political causes.

Interview Muzan gives where she explores the role of the Resistance Committees in Sudan with great depth.

A tremendous loss. Muzan was a dedicated writer and activist of the Sudanese Revolution. Her writings and talks are invaluable portals of radical, liberatory, and transformative political thought. Here is a thread of some them:
so heartbroken by the news. may she rest in power.
On this third year anniversary of the war in Sudan we woke up to the devastating news that our friend and comrade Muzan Al Neel has passed away. She was a brilliant revolutionary thinker, writer and organizer and a wonderful human.

"The Committee to Protect Journalists calls on Kuwaiti authorities to immediately and unconditionally release Kuwaiti-American journalist Ahmed Shihab-Eldin."
Ahmed's arrest and prosecution are happening against a renewed drive of mass denaturalisation, temporarily paused because of the Iranian strikes on Kuwait.
Over 50,000 Kuwaitis have been denaturalised, rendering them not only stateless but incapable of cross-border movement.
