Insgesamt also eine Mammutaufgabe, an der sich allerdings zeigt, ob man das Zeug zum Regieren hat.

Dieses Sandwich-Prinzip gibt es auch in der Kommunikationstheorie, nur dass statt Wahrheit und Fake zwei gute Nachrichten eine schlechte Nachricht umschließen.
Oder in der Personalführung wird die Kritik zwischen zwei Lobe verpackt, um die Motivation zu erhalten.
