realizing i could take reference videos for any mildly complicated poses & just prop my phone up somewhere and act out the page, then screenshot whatever poses i wanted to actually use as reference, was a huge game changer for me

i may have spent my morning writing something deeply silly
9:30am: Lainey walks out on the sidewalk in front of some Chicago walk-ups. A caption says 63F. I used to run a lot, but I kept hurting an ankle or calf. so this time, training has been about learning to take it slow and consistent.
