A6: My colleague and I run our morning news. We incorporate a weekly segment with holidays, celebrations, etc. that students in our building recognize. Those students have the chance to be a part of that segment and share. It's been a great way to learn about each other!

A4: I kept trying to get students to come to the library over the summer. It wasn't working so I decided to bring the books to them. I fundraised and created the Title Wave Book Mobile that has travelled across our county the past 2 summers. #TLSkyChat

A3: I struggle saying "no" to things so I often overcommit myself. I've found that giving myself some space/time (maybe overnight) to reflect on whether the professional thing I am being asked to lead/do aligns with how I want to grow as an educator has given me a great deal of clarity. #TLSkyChat

A1: During book checkout today, a 3rd grader walked up to me and said that the had a suggestion of a book to purchase. It was a sequel to an original we had. The fact that he was interested enough in this book series AND felt comfortable to ask me to order it...PURE JOY.
