Watching the Artemis II landing sure is a good way to end a work week.

Similar thing happened recently where she was meeting a networking contact at a soccer event, and it turned out I had just played trivia with her and her husband a few nights before. Seattle is so small, but like, in a good way sometimes.

At the bar watching the Sounders match tonight, and my wife saw a couple she knew from some recent fitness classes, so she said hi. Turns out one of them was also in a band that we played a show with back in 2019!

I finally watched K Pop Demon Hunters and gained a minor bonus to my saving throw vs. cultural irrelevance.

Trivia night for the first time in ages. Guest appearance for an established team. We ended up a half-point behind the two teams that tied for first.

Well that might have been the most frustrating soccer match I’ve ever witnessed.

Oh well, I’ll still take the three points.

Sounders have the opportunity to do the funniest thing today.

That was a weird, fun, stupid, Sounders game. I can’t believe I have to wait until mid-April to do this in person again.

I hoping Cobb gets a second yellow. I’ve never gotten to sing “nana nana hey hey he goodbye” to the same player twice in one match.

I’m kind of loving it in person. Crowd is energetic in the supporters section and we have lots of wild shit to react to at least.

I have a copy of the Goonies soundtrack too, from a box of records a friend gave us. It’s pretty fun!

Dipped into the chilly waters of the Puget Sound for the first time. It was briefly awful and then very nice. Hung out for about 7 minutes, way longer than I was expecting.
