I keep getting emails about ASHP wanting people to field test recertification materials with absolutely no idea why I would want to take time to help them with this effort. It feels like something that should either come with recertification or payment.

Going to make a genuine effort to start to be part of EM Pharmacy social media again, but just here. I really wish the orgs would finish adding Bluesky to where they post even if they feel like they can't leave the other place.

A completely non-medical rant- I just wish it was not standard practice to send a “your order has shipped” email when all they really mean is that they generated a tracking number and might ship it a couple of days from now.

Not typically. I think what we are doing is more like “prn” dosing based on later physician and toxicologist evaluation of response to the first dose.
