I totally forgot to post this on Easter but it's still April and Shura is still a bunny even in his Enshroud form so I guess that counts ๐ŸŒท๐Ÿฅš

A vertical, thin cut piece of bristol shows an experimental piece of an anthropomorphic rabbit created with incense ashes.

The figures head, tail, and paws are a rich sooty brown that fade to soft brown and then white. The background is a soft ash brown decorated with gold diamonds while a gold halo moon frames the figureโ€™s profile.

This piece is made with incense ashes! I touched up some areas with white + gold acrylic, dark brown watercolor + watercolor pencils, gel pen, rubbing alcohol, and the burnt ends of incense sticks. I am in love with this piece ๐Ÿ’› #tempusobscura_art #tempusobscurusart

Another artist draws my OC off-model: I love it actually, show me ALL the style variations! Do your own thing!!

If I draw my own OC is slightly off-model in a reference: I'm going to burn this entire account down

I like bluesky because it feels so much like tumblr

1. barely works
2. userbase is annoying (affectionate)(not that affectionate)
3. being queer on here feels like Iโ€™m actively participating in ruining some tech companyโ€™s investment

This adopt is based on the Lion Dog of Asia (also called the Shi Shi, Fu, Foo, Komainu, etc.) which is often seen as statuary and iconic for its fiercely protective nature, symbol of prosperity, and luck.

The fu dog illustrated has a lush, thick mane and tail of white frosting. The legs and stomach also sport the same color with drips and drizzled strips of chocolate fading into the frosting hair. The body sports chocolate stripes with drizzled spotting on the stomach and face. The muzzle is thick and lion-like with large fangs, the markings along the whiskers are like that on the body. It has the same on the nose, ears, chin, and with a spot on the brow.

Digital drawing of a weird creature - it reminds of a big caterpillar in form and silhouette, it's pale in color, with face and end of feet having darker gradient; 3 giant neon eyes stare at the viewer; it has many protrusions along it's back of the same neon colors as the eyes. It has a vertical, black barcode above it's eyes. Background is gray, features another barcode, creature is titled "plastic oracle"

pocket-deer-belly
god it really is all about protecting the image of children instead of any actual real children

pocket-deer-belly
ageplay is basically pedophilia because it still
"tarnishes" the image of children, nevermind that no children are involved in the act. we have to treat porn of cartoon children as exactly as serious as CSAM because it ruins the image of children, nevermind that it's impossible to materially harm a cartoon. you can protect O children in the name of protecting children and all you're doing is preserving the aesthetic quality of childhood innocence. you can safely target things that do not involve real children cause they're still an aesthetic defilement of childhood innocence and people view that as just as bad if not worse than actual real material harm done to children.

i-suggest-transfeminism
It's fundamentally the same script used for
"protecting women", and in both, the people
primarily harmed by the rhetoric are the same ones supposedly being protected.

I'd argue treating ageplay porn this way is not primarily problematic for its effects on the adults that practice it, but for the effects on children that are actually subjected to child sexual abuse.

It distorts what CSAM actually looks like, delays investigations into actual CSAM by massive amounts, and reinforces the fictitious spectre of the stranger child predator over the real danger of adults the children know who are in positions of power over them.

Not only does this rhetoric protect zero children, it protects and enables their abusers.
