yes! my physical therapist uses a grounding technique of reminding me that I have a skeleton to bring my awareness back to my body. the first time she did it I was a little shocked at how well just thinking about my skeleton lying on the massage table helped me ground and relax.

oooh hell yeah!! I am still in search of the perfect size brush/tool to get all around the outside of the drain. there are so many little nooks I feel like I never get truly clean.

bonus tip: you can also use the same scrub daddy + dawn combo to clean your bathroom sinks. any time cleaning supplies can stay in the room where they're needed it is a neurodivergent win.

cleaning the shower while already in said shower without harsh chemicals that irritate my nose or skin is the only way the shower is going to be clean.

💦 squeegee after every shower takes <60s and keeps soap scum minimal.
🧽 scrub daddy + dawn is all you really need to keep a shower clean. dawn cuts through soap scum without harsh chemicals.
✨ I'll sometimes use a magic eraser on the glass to really make it shiny but that's just bonus points.

since I'm apparently in a solidly neurodivergent brain space today I thought I would share a #neurospicy cleaning tip. I hate cleaning the shower because I hate getting my clothes wet. to solve this, I keep a squeegee, a scrub daddy, and a bottle of dawn dish detergent in the shower.

it definitely makes sense! when the HVAC kicks on it drowns out the "bad" noises. I may need to invest in a bedroom fan or white noise machine.
