Me too! Someone obviously loved him very much; I’m glad he’s landed with my neighbors, who are terrific people and loved their previous dog to pieces. They lost him to cancer a few months ago - so there was an opening in the good home department and they filled it ❤️

The unfortunately named “Kilo,” who declines to answer to anything else. His new family has decided that it’s short for “kilowatt” due to his smile - which I am annoyed at my failure to capture in photo form. He’s such a lug-headed sweetie! And his new family just adores him; we hear them all talking to him in the backyard all the time 💕

Bonus: For the first few years of his life, he had a loving person who treated him kindly and trained him well, but then his person died suddenly…and he wound up in a shelter. A good reminder to make arrangements for your pets ahead of time.
