Almost every #February I pick up #ArsMagica books and start to dream about GMing or playing it. Maybe this year... I find the group to play with. #ttrpg

For me it is mostly for utility scripts and sometimes for the infra setup. I have done some small statless backends with it which communicates with RabbitMQ ja databases.

Docker + VM but as soon as you want to autoscale, you should go to more complex system like SaaS Kubernetes.

#Kubernetes is not run and forget system. It still needs #security updates. Ingress, whole cluster, applications, services etc should be up-to-date. #DevOps #DevSecOps #PlatformEngineering

I love the world of Eclipse Phase! Transhumanism is so cool. Mix it with the Reynolds' Revelation Space. I'm actually planning the short campaign to there. Core of one habitat has died and not even emergency message has been broadcasted. Characters must investigate it. #ttrpg #scifi

That's true. And at #PoE2 you have to play a bit further to be able to respec the character. I messed up the warrior and now he is stuck. Even at Diablo 4 (and 3) I rather play range character than melee.

At the computer role playing games I like to play different kind of characters at the same time. Now I've got warrior, sorceress and ranger at #PoE2. Levels are between 2 and 25. I'll play the low level ranger today. Might just use the sorceress to get good items for him. #gaming

*sigh* My #DnD5e character retired. He is half orc barbarian. The characters got lost to Barovia. He saw how poor and hungry the kids are there. So he decided to drop adventuring and started to hunt food for kids. He also used his money for toys and all possible fun for them. #ttrpg 😭

My #X-box #PoE2 hint: Move the map away from down button. I've hit it too many times when in combat. Eg LT+A is much better choise. The map is unsable anyway.

Path of Exile 2 is challenging compared to #Diablo4. But luckily they don't punish you from the death. The bosses are tricky and require some work to find out how to avoid their main damage. I loved the idea. Hit, run, find the new way to use your skills. #PoE2 #gaming

I did OSE single shot last autumn. I've forgotten how deadly the red box era D&D was. HD is not same as CR. 😆 Had to banish a few monsters which I thought to be easy.

I guess #PoE2 will be my main game next couple months. I wonder how to find other players to play with and is it worth of effort at low levels. #X-box #gaming

Ooo! Cool! I've planned to have "Death Cult" at my Traveller campaign. They want to collect bodies, freeze them, and bring them to their holy planet. It might become important, but they are at least cool detail. That ship could fit for that purpose.

More #DiabloIV - the seasons are nice at this game. Specially when you learn some hacks to get lvl 60 fast. After that level the real playing starts. Want to join to game sometimes? #gaming

Is there good tutorials how to make good single shot adventures? I'm a bit concerned about the length etc. And what kind of systems to use. #ttrpg

Why #ttrpg 's are good tool for escapism?
1) You have to read which improves reading skills
2) You have to use your imagination
3) You don't hurt anyone physically
4) If the GM is good, you won't be hurt emotionally
5) It doesn't damage your health (like drugs or achohol)
6) It's social
7) It's fun

Didn't get enough players for long #Traveller campaign. 😭So it's time to start preparing max 5 session short #scifi campaigns/adventures. Some of them can be thought as campaign. I'll probably use #GURPS and Traveller. #ttrpg

One reason why #DnD5e is popular is that everyone know what they get. The adventures are quite similar without too many surprises. 5e is also quite simple compared to eg Pathfinder 2e, Runequest or Ars Magica. #ttrpg
