JAMA Research Summary: Risk-Based vs Annual Breast Cancer Screening. Trial aimed to assess if risk-based screening is as safe as annual screening. Risk-based screening: 30.0. Annual screening: 48.0. Findings suggest risk-based screening is a safe alternative.
In WISDOM, researchers compared risk-based breast cancer screening to standard annual mammography among more than 28 000 US women aged 40 to 74 across all 50 states.

Study (N=1,400) finds female sponsors balance their own career interests w/ their protégés' interests. Men tend to focus more on how providing sponsorship benefits their own careers. This was especially true of men more senior in their role.
