Come! Usually 8-915 ish during the week. The Curley sauna makes it tolerable.

Near daily cold plunging since Jan 1. Today was next level with the tide out, beach covered in snow and 15° air temp. The soaking 60 yard dash through frozen sand and ice was way worse than the plunge. Invigorating none the less.

I deleted Twitter and unsubbed from all politics on Reddit. We made a pact to never watch the news, not even local. So far it's helping. Anyone have any other tips to stay mentally healthy these next 4 years?
