The testing isn’t done, Joe. This was just an interesting observation. I think it's important to share these findings with people like you.
Repinging
Crawl frequency can change John, but right now, OpenAI is looking for freshness, and I can say that with certainty.
Who knows if this will be a standard? I do not have a crystal ball.
My team noticed crawls, which showed an uptick in OpenAI amongst other bots reminding the file.
I anonymized site data, so those are incorrect URLs. You guys are crawling and rechecking it also.
It may not be considered anything, and I haven't made a claim of it being supported. We just noticed it getting crawled and recrawled.
