I never give out raws as thats not the image, thats half the work, but i always crop and straighten and adjust so i wouldn't want to put y name to something ive not edited

I do mine with donations based on results with an agreed minimum, i only do this with people I trust but might be a good start. i dont offer a specific ammount but generally aim for 20-30 for an hour, but it depends what people want. and i would only ever give jpegs, never raws
