Well this art was originally a QRT to an old tweet from an oomf requesting a drawing of the Sayo and Tsugumi ship over the DYS template. SayoTsugu is one of bandori's most beloved ships, and Eve is Tsugumi's coworker, so in this case, I think the idea was for the former to be Tsugu's wingwoman. :)
