Did RAN to Robinson early as I’ve got 4FT and is dead broke.

Pressure is both on racking up FT’s, but also on bringing in TAA/Isak.

Gonna be a few interesting weeks ahead.

Decipher Arteta, pray Gabriel starts and roll

This should be good enough to roll. FT's are king these days.

Palmer vs Salah captaincy, let's see if the numbers are close enough tomorrow to trust the Egyptian king!

From this we can learn a few things.

Hits for managers = YES!

Teams seem to fluctuate quite a bit in EV from GW to GW and probably more than 4 points in many cases. And that is before DGW's.

Also, the combined EV for the three GW's for this chip will be higher than any chip has had before.

Barring bugs, this would be your EV if you could activate the new AM chip this GW

Spurs really do struggle defensively. I expected them to be a bit higher given the poor opposition.

Positive variance here we go!

Gonna use this as an excuse to save another FT and burn some EV.

All we need is another penalty!

No FT's for me today.

I will either start both RAN + JSL or I will avoid Wolves completely and start DCL + Konsa.

However, I'm also gonna start Mbeumo vs Konsa. Which makes me want to go for the Wolves-double....

Guess DFS have screwed me over, being obsessed with avoiding direct matchups.

3 FT's used.

Haaland -> Strand Larsen (Norwegian balance)
Rogers -> Saka
Garnacho -> Palmer (C)

In this case RAN would be 0.2 behind Dunk. Although I do agree with you that the bigger upside given he's not LB is tempting.

Good point. The upside for him might be bigger.

Dunk is back in the squad. I've tried to work the math for starting Dunk vs RAN. RAN's EV is 3.2 on my xMins.

This is just insanely close. Are my % for the different scenarios off? What do you emphasise in these situations to make a decision?

This week it’s all about the forwards. Haaland and DCL are walking a thin line.

Cunha/Isak/Jackson/Solanke. Only room for two!

Isak/Palmer for Haaland/Garnacho marginally ahead of saving.

When in doubt, roll. Will check last minute if Haaland can edge Salah for captaincy.

Congratulations, well deserved! 🎉

JP plays with Welbeck, not in place of him. xMins should be higher, at least before the fixtures congest.

Worth going early enough on Halaand -> Isak as to avoid the formers price drop and keep options for Son in next GW?

At the moment I think yes, given I have a deep squad and should be able to handle a surprise injury.

Hopefully Glasner doesn't play him in the EFL again...

I agree, vs Solanke the difference is more significant. Let's see if Dyche has anything meaningful to say in his presser.

Yep, I know. Although there is a non-zero chance that DCL is benched as well. And he can of course go off before 60.

I know that I should start DCL in these situations, but sometimes grinding xMins is good as well.

After transfers I'm looking at benching one of these. I have to admit atm I can't bring myself to squeeze out 0.1 EV and start DCL...
