Why does it matter? When your nervous system is dysregulated, you lose access to: Reflection Logic Connection Choice You shift into survival mode, reacting from instinct, not intention. It makes you feel out of control amd act in ways that don't reflect why you are.

Why does regulation matter?

Regulation isn't important just for *some* humans, it's critical to understand for every human.

Then we can share the space far better.
