Hmm I'll have to try pulling it gently as you suggest. The couple times I've made fresh pasta without a machine I never quite manage to get it thin enough no matter how much I flatten it with the rolling pin.

over here I've always had my picture taken in a separate shop and then bring the ""good"" one to the station for the national id doc and/or passport
