Trying to follow my #Garmin coaching plan Sprint session, but failing. Traffic lights, roadworks, traffic, rolling roads, and just pure execution on my part.
My goal is to get fitter in 2026 at 50+ - increase #VO2Max, lose some visceral fat etc. But, Sprints are proving to be a challenge
