I used to have this problem and it was because I was chronically dehydrated. Not sure if that's the case for you, but something to explore! (I wish living in NYC at the time with those crazy hot radiators in the winter.. ended up opening windows even when it was snowing!)

I used to love getting input from the hive mind. And it was of course easier when I was asking more R / statistics questions. But now, working in jewelry and resale, and not paying for engagement on Twitter etc., it's just crickets.
