The g0v is truly decentralized from the beginning, making it quite different from having a centralized authority to enable actions.
That might always present a steep learning curve for newcomers 😅

There’s only one strict rule that nobody should claim to represent g0v. Everything else is open, such as identifying as part of the g0v community or running a g0v project.
