Heritage genes of lizard species past, combined with Opal’s fur colours; Onyx was a unique mix of the two.
Opal, not having a decent childhood, becomes a very protective mother upon Onyx’s birth, much to his embarrassment, but he appreciates it all the same.

Sierra, daughter of Marshall and Surge. She mostly takes after her mother, as Marshall goes off for a 5 yr mission just after her 5th birthday with Eon and Silver, but Sierra grows resentment towards him as she begins to think that he won’t come back.
