Und wenn man von Dominanz sprechen könnte, dann ist es höchstens immer das System, das vollständig versagt, denn durch Versagen hat man Effekte auf andere Systeme, die von dort einfach beachtet werden müssen. Wenn es kein Geld mehr gibt, sind fast alle betroffen. Wenn der Rechtsschutz nicht mehr funktioniert, reicht das auch sehr weit. Wenn die Politik Gewalt nicht mehr kontrollieren kann und man nur noch bewaffnet auf die Straße kann, hat das auch Konsequenzen für alle möglichen weiterreichenden Unternehmungen. Das heißt, die Gesellschaft ist eigentlich keine Ordnung des Vorrangs von Herrschaft oder Wichtigkeit und Vernunft, sondern eine Ordnung des Vorrangs von Versagen. Und in diesem Bereich kann die Soziologie dann also ein bisschen locker lassen und sagen: "Naja, wenn wir versagen, wen kümmert das schon".
