They do a great afagato!

Got to get him to the seaside while you're there!
In their case it was the ground floors too, air bricks and drainage were not done correctly. They discovered the issue after it was the house hit worst by the 2022 floods
Having seen what my neighbours have been through, I would agree with you.
*Some places in E17 go for that now
Outdoor space is nice but I wouldn't pay that much for it, even though since placed in E17 go for that bit. I suspect it would have been wise to put some efforts into tarting it up for pix and viewings including getting all that clutter off the wardrobes!
Give the poll designer a job with the Liberal Democrats! 😂
Great! There is a terrible sushi place in Woodford too, which puts mayo on everything. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Fortunately, my favourite place in Woodford for sushi has just opened a branch in my part of Walthamstow.
Omg, I think you live near Woodford and I sometimes get sushi from a place there. Hope it's not that one!
I always found it weird that in the NE you could get iced fingers without whipped cream in the middle but down south you couldn't only get it with.
I think it's a great idea Zoe, even though I would need to pay it in the future!
I am currently trying to to get an old school iphone lead so I can revive my old nano. Seem to have lost all my cd uploads on my touch when it reconnected to the apple store. Now, my daughter is demanding that I give her one of my old iPods. If I get the nano going, she can have the touch.
I know, he is so funny! I love that clip when Trump gatecrashes the World Club Cup presentation. Rhys James just ignores him and Cole is like "what's he doing here?" I think him and Haaland in their own ways are the most intriguing personalities in the EPL.
Did they show the budgets at the start this time? If they did I missed it.
Might have been en route to the turtle farm but the diversion to Izmir was a big mistake. Two teams go buses straight to Antalya area and one of them even managed to work.
Yep, I can believe that. And no rooftop pool either in Leicester.
This paper represents a small but deeply impressive and genuinely important achievement by the much maligned British state in what is probably the most important global issue of our era.

Wonderful, thanks for sharing. It's so hard to find people on here!
Geoff's great! I once interviewed him about one of his record attempts. I'd love to know if he's on here.
Enduring Planning reforms, some of which are still intact.
Also, gig tickets are often hard to come by and expensive! There is some good music around at the moment, but Til Tok seems to hype certain artists so they get to arena level quickly making it tricky for them to hone their live act gradually like they traditionally would.
That is so apt with Queen having been the first major rock bands to play a concert in Hungary before the fall of the Iron Curtain.
Thanks Freda 🙏
Sadly, I think there will be plenty of wards where Reform will do well. I fear for many people I know if Reform take control.
As someone with a loved one in a local care home, of which there are many in Low Fell, I fear the outcome on 7 May.
It's a Lib Dem ward traditionally so the usual trends may not apply.
This is my Mum's ward. Doubt she'll vote for any of them.
Looks amazing Tom. I have never been but want to now!
Good luck, Joxley. That went quickly!
Wish Birkbeck did a masters in Urban History. QMUL do one but you have to spend a Semester in Paris which would be nice at another stage of life, but impractical with a school age child. University of Leicester do it, but also impractical if you are London-based.
