I’m Ron Burgundy?
I’m excited to get Flail to the table. Interesting dice mechanics + GLoG magic! Yes, please!

This was a bridge too far
My eye is twitching from all of the people calling the Dungeon Crawler Carl RPG “DCC RPG.” GET OFF MY LAWN.
They managed to take one of the kill team prisoner. The gravely injured Agents are being cared for by a contact in a Motorcycle Club.
This has gone so gloriously wrong, I can’t wait to see what happens next.
Impossible Landscapes spoilers ahead!!!
After investigating both the Dorchester House and Dr. Barbara, M-Cell made a critical mistake, causing Delta Green to dispatch the hit team. M-Cell barely survived the ambush, with two members in critical condition.
Believe this was already answered, but it’s basically a more powerful Find Familiar spell. I was wondering if I missed some occult or folklore association with the word patronus outside Harry Potter. Glad to see it was changed because it killed the vibe as I read the pdf.
Does patronus have an origin outside of Harry Potter? It’s a spell name in the new Dragonbane Book of Magic and it’s annoying me.
I may delete this because it’s a bit spicy but it shouldn’t be lost on us that games being turned into TV is essentially harvesting the stories written by those who don’t have union representation or healthcare with WGA by those that do. Our stories are good enough for TV but the writers aren’t?

If I have any gaming resolutions this year, it’s to play a longer form Swyvers campaign instead of one shots, and to finally get Lacuna Part 1 to the table.
Very excited to share some work I've been involved in within the FICTION space, not just the RPG space.
If you like fantasy, sword and sorcery, Appendix N, etc., this is for you! Much more to come in February, but go follow our page and see what's up!

Finally saw 28 Years Later. I felt as a sequel to 28 Days it was silly, but it’s probably one of the best D&D movies that’s not specifically about D&D that I’ve ever seen. It has all the beats of a game I’d run at my table.
I’m running Impossible Landscapes right now. It’s an intimidating campaign, but it’s probably going to end up being the best campaign I’ve ever run. I’d hate if it were formatted in bullets instead of how it’s written.
Add a letter and ruin a movie.
Tit Follows
Adventuring in the High Wold. We’ve got a Breggle fighter, Human cleric, friar and thief, Grimalkin bard, Mossling hunter. They just pulled off capturing 3 escaped griffons from High Hankle after failing to stop a ritual that caused a huge shift in the balance of power in the region.
Dolmenwood for the first game of 2026, and I love that my daughter is now a regular at the table.
I think I played Neon Lords this year with Ed, but the Totalcon years blend together so I’m not sure.
A lot of them were one-shots or con games. Delta Green and Dragonbane were the majority of my table time, and Dolmenwood is on track to be a mainstay.
Forgot!

Mine: Higher Ground by Red Hot Chili Peppers
I love it. Probably my favorite expression of the B/X rules and the setting is right up my alley.
Just finished what is probably our last game of 2025.
Happy Nerdmas!
Excited to see this being released. I worked on this a few years ago. I wrote an encounter that I loved and a puzzle that I hated. I hope it got cleaned up for the official release.
