Today is a better day so far. Stayed up too late spending quality time with my partners and messing with drawing a little again. Having a creative outlet would be kinda cool, haven't really had one since I fell out of playing music forever ago.

I know it's not a uniquely trans problem to run into, so in a weird way it is affirming to have these desires. But some days it just sucks
I generally like to keep my social media pretty positive but today's just a day where I'm struggling.
My dysphoria is at an all time low atm, but it easing up has unearthed some very powerful desires to have kids. Every few months I keep finding myself grieving that it's not possible for my body
disappointing my parents one last time by getting C-PTSD from them instead of A+PTSD

A picture of me making food in my kitchen. My hair is brown, shoulder length and messy, I am wearing my trans rights tank top where the word trans is visible and a portion of a pink, white and blue dragon below. I have a fairly neutral expression as I'm recovering from my daily cardio but putting up a peace sign l.
Messy hair, no makeup, freshly off an 11 mile bike ride. Happy TDoV y'all. I'm fighting back by being my authentic self every day
the speedrunning community was as toxic and as much of a boys club (if not more) as many others not too long ago, and the transition to it being a more queer-positive and inclusive event wasn't inevitable. GDQ's shift has been really meaningful and it's a lesson for what a lot of other spaces can be
An image of my strava achievements today on a run. 1 kilometer in 5:07, 1 mile in 8:19, 2 miles in 17:07, and 5 kilometers in 27:02
Speedrun? More like... Speed... Run...
I'll see myself out.
(New 5k PR today, getting within arms reach of my old one before I stopped running as much)

An image showing the stats on my long run today. Total distance 13.15 miles at a time of 2 hours 26 minutes and 48 seconds at an average pace of 11 minutes 10 seconds a mile and showing 292 ft of elevation gain
May have overreached slightly on my long run today but I've officially run a half-marathon. Was definitely feeling the pain by the last couple miles but either way the fact that I can even do this now is a sign of my progress. #running
A picture of me wearing a white hat with text saying Savannah on it. I am posing in the parking lot after a 10.9 mile run at an average pace of 10 minutes, 50 seconds a mile. I am wearing a blue sports bra and rapidly melting snow is in the background
The returner gains are real. A pace that winded me on a 10k last week was a pace I could sustain for 10 miles this week. It's good to be back #running
An image of my best running times set today, February 26, 2026. 1 km in 5 minutes 27 seconds, 1 mile in 8 minutes 47 seconds, 3km in 16 minutes 56 seconds, and 5km in 28 minutes 54 seconds
Shifted my focus to running again lately, the progress has been excellent. Went for a sub 30 5k for the first time in 10 years and got a sub 29 even (as well as multiple other returning PRs)
Officially 1 year since bottom surgery! I cannot stress how important the decision to go through with this has been. The recovery process was so much harder than I planned for, but I'd do it all over again if I needed to
Had a diet win today: Apples have been off-limits for me since I developed a fructose sensitivity in my early 20s. However, I've been noticing it less and less lately when eating, so tried to have a full apple with peanut butter today. It went down well and I've had no issues from it :)
My strat to keep my head up through the extremely bleak state of my country atm is feeling more like building myself into the best version of myself I can. Honestly considering training for a marathon this year. Still a little unsure but I'm going to enter a few smaller races once it warms I think
Just like me fr
That rain outside the hotel means the sky was just as moved by @tomatoanus.bsky.social as we were. Massive thanks to Tommy for joining us for that prize segment.
Take their wisdom to heart. Please.

My AGDQ workout on an elliptical. 5 kilometers in 46:04 burning around 300 calories
The gains don't stop just because I'm on vacation. 5k on an elliptical.
Just think, 6 months ago at SGDQ I was celebrating running just one mile. Can't wait to see where I am in another 6
Bayonetta render, complete with pistols strapped to her high heels, with Master Chief's helmet imposed over her face.
Cursed #AGDQ2026 Halo commentary: "Master Chief has duct-taped pistols to his feet."

My volunteer badge for AGDQ 2026. It portrays an artists rendition of an expedition 33 character in a French outfit holding a baguette.
Oh no I've become French for a week
My 2026 goals are:
-3000 miles of cycling, both indoor and outdoor combined.
-Go on at least 1 bigger hiking and/or camping trip
-Keep following the speedrunning urge when it pops up. Don't stress when it's not there
-Push myself out of my comfort zone more. Meet people, do new things, etc
Getting outside and biking as much as I did changed my mental health for the better, extremely significantly. I'm happier, healthier, eating better. Im absolutely taking that energy into 2026 with me.
I ended the year with just under 400 miles biked in the last 10 weeks of the year, and seeing as I could barely walk for a few months there, that's huge. Speedrunning took a bit of a backseat, but honestly, that's starting to be okay. I'm finally admitting to myself that being outdoorsy is vital
2025 was a hard year for me. Surgery was a major limiter on what I could do, recovery honestly kept going until August/September even with the actual date being in February. Balancing work alongside that was all I could really do for a lot of it. I'm proud of how strong I ended the year though
My weekly stats from intervals.icu. 6 hours, 2 minutes of riding, 3028 calories burned, 4,878 feet of climbing (1,486 meters). 72 miles ridden (116 km)
Closing out the final full week of the year with a >100km week of riding. This year has been nothing short of life-changing, even if honestly it may have been one of my hardest ever.
Strava stats for my bike ride earlier today. 32.31 miles (50+km), 2 hours, 36 minutes, 38 seconds of moving time at an average speed of 12.4 miles per hour.
Managed my first 50km ride earlier this morning ahead of some snow coming in overnight. I'm officially on pace for >300 miles this year which is triple my goal when I started 2 months ago πͺ
