Stretching Calamariichi to fit a 32:9 aspect ratio.

The 1px top bottom ended up being a -1 applied in the wrong place.
The 1 texel issue was due to truncating rather than flooring.

Negative scaling works, and various bugs have been fixed. I also implemented wrapped midtextures. The only bug is the for negative X scale: the leftmost texel is offset vertically by 1, and the top and bottom pixels are off by a texel.

Nobody from Deadlock has been obliterated yet.

Added wall texture scaling to EE. Last I tackled this was 2019 and I got stuck on masked midtextures at the time.
This time I did masked midtextures first and once I had that figured out everything fell into place.

I used my Live2D during my weekly call with Mum.

Generally I try to wake up 2h before livestreamers. Clocks just moved from daylight to normal time. I dunno if I wanna wake up at 7:30 and stream at 9:30 just to keep streams at the usual time.
