If anybody knows anything about Wichita Kansas, they will realize that that’s a Boeing facility. His whole story is, he saw something strange in the skies over Wichita, Kansas: yeah aircraft. It happens all the time.

If I know anything about the UFO subject, I realize that this “whistling Mike, “character is just pissed off that he missed out on a government contract. And he is alluding to secrets that he doesn’t know in an attempt to leverage for cash.
