Ah, so the Halloween characters don't visit the school after their Halloween event? Sort of like Alois from Black Butler. In the sense they don't really exist outside of a certain time frame for Twisted Wonderland.

I see now! I didn't even realize there were teachers in Twisted Wonderland. I thought it was only about students. I also didn't realize that some characters, and cards have a non-canonical status for them. Thank you for the information.
