I hope so as well, especially since I know the car very well!! 😁🎉
I used to belong to my friend and last year I drove it from Estepona in Spain home to Denmark before we crossed the Atlantic on his boat 😜

The car is now in Kyiv, ready to be delivered tomorrow! 🎉🫡🇺🇦💪

Around May 2-4 1945 there was constantly 15-20 armed resistance people on guard here to protect against a German attack.
Notice that both Dannebrog and Union Jack flies from the same pole.
In 1995 my Father was permitted to replicate this for the 50th anniversary celebration of the liberation.

This was the home of Town leader Hugo Gisselbæk, who many thought was a collaborator with the Germans, but was in fact one of the leaders of the resistance in the entire Middle Jutland 😲
My room growing up was the window next to the balcony, with a view over the lake.

On May 12 1945 a company of Montgomerys Desert Rats, led by Major Francis Fisher, came through my hometown of Silkeborg and straight to this house..

Every year on May 4th we light candles in the windows to mark the end of 5 years of blackout at the end of WW2.

This time i brought almost 30 kilo of first aid gear.. among it 22 CAT7 tournequets, 12 chestseals.. goodies!! ♥️

We got to meet Windy @Sayravem / Treats4Paws @Sayravems and some of the amazing crew at @Workshop4AFU !!
They gifted us these signed flags and we’ll be sending them a signed Dannebrog in return!! 😃♥️🫵

Somewhere in Ukraine on our way to deliver 11 more cars to the Ukrainian army.. had to stop for the night as we couldn’t make it to Kyiv before curfew 😏
